Pep Nails are press on nails that you can apply and remove at the comfort of your home without the need to go to a salon. They are popularly known as false nails, fake nails, artificial nails, stick on nails, glue on nails, luxury nails, press on nails and so on.

There are 24 nails in one set/design. Some sale/discounted sets/designs may have less than 24 nails.

The nail prep kit includes cuticle pusher, nail filer, alcohol swab, piercing needle, nail buffer, glue and one sheet of 24 glue tabs. Some sale/discounted sets may have only glue or glue tabs.

The box includes 24 nails, nail prep kit, a four way nail buffer and an instructions manual. Some sale/discounted sets/designs may have less than 24 nails and only glue or glue tabs.

Pep Nails are not pre-glued nails. You can stick Pep Nails with either glue or glue tabs provided with your order.

The stay duration of the press on nails depends on your nail beds, nail preparation, the amount of physical activity you do and the way you maintain them. Ideally, with glue tabs, they stay upto 1-3 days and with nail glue for 2-3 weeks.

Proper prep is a must for longer hold of the press on nails. While the nail glue is suitable for longer wear, glue tabs are suitable for an occasion and for a few hours. Once they come out, the nails can be reused and stuck again.

If your nail beds are too small, we recommend you apply them with glue.

Yes, the nails are waterproof. You can take them in water. It is not advisable to take the nails in water with glue tabs as glue tabs are meant for temporary use.

Accent nails are designed/printed/rhinestone/glitter/metallic/non solid nails in a set. Please read the product specifications carefully to understand the number of accent nails in each product.

Yes, cash on delivery is available. We charge Rs. 75 for cash on delivery orders. Cash on delivery is not available on individual purchases of glue, glue tabs, kit or sale/ discounted items.

We promise to deliver your order in time but in rare instances your order may get delayed, due to reasons beyond our control. We would request you to kindly have patience and cooperate with us in such situations.

We are sorry but we do not accept any returns or refunds. We allow exchanges. The customer is required to bear the to and fro shipping cost (Rs. 200) for exchanging the products.

Write to us at hello@pepnails.com with your order details, the items/items you want to exchange with the reason for exchange. Please make sure that the products are in an unused condition in the original packaging.Our team will analyse your exchange request and upon approval we will ask you to pay the shipping charges. The to and fro shipping charges for exchanges is Rs. 200. Once the shipping charges are paid, we will generate the reverse pick up and get the returned items picked up.Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse, we will inspect the quality.If the returned items are in proper unused condition, we will ship the new items to you. If they are not in the desired condition, we will ship the returned items back to you.

Every order goes through a quality check before being shipped. If however, you receive a damaged item, we will take it case to case basis and provide the best solution. A clear and uncut unboxing video must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for any complaints or disputes.

Order once placed cannot be cancelled as we ship them right after the order is placed with us.

PreparationProperly wash your hands and pat them dry.Remove any polish from your nails.Find the perfect sizes for your nail beds.Use the cuticle stick to gently push your cuticles back.Sanitise your nails with alcohol swab.Buff your nail beds using the nail filer to remove any dirt or ridges.

ApplicationIn case of glue tabs, apply the correct sizes of glue tabs on your natural nails, remove the protective film and stick the nails.In case of nail glue, use the pin to pierce the glue bottle. Apply glue on the pep nail and your natural nail and hold for 30 seconds to stick the nail properly. Removal: Soak your fingers in warm soapy water for about 15 to 20 minutes. Use the sloping edge of the cuticle stick to gently remove the pep nails.Soak your nails for a little longer if the nails don’t come off seamlessly the first time.
